great location but a messy goodbye
The swimming area is fantastic with a pool and hot tub. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast has lots of tasty options.
The rooms need a serious clean-up, though.

This place was unique and the staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. The location was handy and unbeatable, very close to a liquor store, the park, and Duluth. Downtown - Waterfront district was worth visiting. Breakfast food was fabulous, really enjoyed it. The experience was pleasant, would come here again.

The room was super spacious, perfect for a longer stay, and had a nice couch and fridge. Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. It's a short walk to Canal park, which is a big plus! Just wish the hot tub was working when we were there.

This place was fairly clean and had amazing staff and location. I loved the room with the hot tub. It was impressive, bigger then in most Duluth hotels. The staff were efficient the whole time of my stay. Also, location was comfy, around 10-15 minutes walk from Symphony Hall. Affordable hotel set in the very nice area.
